We offer a fun & interactive educational programme of bringing the zoo to the classroom or children’s parties.
Our standard rate for the Mobile Petting Zoo is R 2 750 for 2 hours, then R 1 375 per hour thereafter.
Transport, depending on distance from our small holding at Lat Wai Family Fun Farm can range from R 100 to R 1 200 (inside the Cape Peninsula area)
A pony can be provided for 2 hours at R 2 000 If you hire a 2nd pony the extra fee will only be R 1 000
We also have a permanent Petting Zoo set up at Lat Wai.
We bring various animals, depending on each function & the average age groups of the kids, as it is an interactive learning experience about farm animals.
All our animals have been hand reared & are extremely tame - most even come up to the kids out of their own. All our chickens (& we have a large variety) sit on the shoulders of the kids, or even their heads, are totally chilled & don't jump off. They even sit for long periods on the backs of our Dorper sheep as they seem to enjoy the warm fur & going for a ride.
