Description

Responsible for the input and preparation of the monthly management Accounts.


Minimum Requirements:

Accounting qualification

Computer Literacy and Pastel/Sage Experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in accounting.

Familiarity with customer service best practices.


Key Areas:

  1. Prepare and distribute the invoices for levies, rentals, local and visiting boats access cards and electrical.
  2. Collate the paperwork for expenditure, including salaries, contract agreements, maintenance and miscellaneous expenditure.
  3. Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  4. Ensure Regulatory Compliance
  5. Work with the Auditors through all required areas.
