Service Consultant.
Role Definition:
* Periodically service exiting customer systems
* Install new systems and support Sales Representatives and
other Technicians with their technical and product requirements.
*To ensure that procedure for installation and removal of
equipment is always adhered to and up to date.
*Follow company Procedure for Equipment installation, Equipment
returns, Service Request Logging
*To manage equipment stock.
* Count equipment and parts for monthly stock take and ensure
Accuracy for better turnaround time for parts availability.
*Forecasting of equipment and spares required.
*Keep equipment workshop tidy and stock organized.
*Ensure all related document completion.
*Using a routine cycle visit customers with equipment and
undertake routine maintenance of machinery and equipment.
*Compliance with all Health & Safety requirements.
*Communicating with sales representatives, Operations Manager,
provide a weekly summary of areas visited and documents signed-off to
Operations Manager.
*Collections and deliveries are expected from time to time and
assisting with other duties on demand and on request by Management.
Pre-requisites of Job:
*Standard 10, Matric
*Able to read and understand English.
*Experience in technical installations, preferably within a
technical trade qualification and equivalent experience working with 2 and 3
phase electrics.
*Technical experience working with kitchen dishwashers, laundry
machines and basic DIY (Do it Yourself), hand and power tool operation.
*Hours Mon -Fri (07:30 -16:30)
*Salary per month: Negotiable depending on work experience
