we are based in vredenburg . I currently have lung infection and struggling to breath all three my kids age 3,8 and 17 had swine flu like symtoms they are struggling with their lings I am currently giving them cough syrup but it isn't working i had them at the clinic and hospital but were only given panado syrup. I do not have the funds now to buy one if anyone can please please help to donate one i would be forever greatfull
