You will have your own private room but will need to share common spaces such as the bathroom, shower, toilet, and kitchen with other flat mates. The flat is mixed-gender and an additional benefit is that there is no load shedding in Sunnyside or Arcadia for the rooms in those areas. If the room you're interested in is occupied, the current tenant will show it to you. If it's vacant, our representative Zenzi will be happy to assist you with a viewing. Please note that all prospective tenants must view the rooms in person before they will be allowed to complete a lease application form. Foreign nationals must have a valid work permit. You will need to provide an ID document and prove affordability with 3 pay slips or 3 months of bank statements. We do not offer leases for less than 3 months and are not registered with NSFAS.
