Senior Legal Secretary

We are seeking a full-time Senior Legal Secretary/Paralegal with a preference for candidates experienced in conveyancing. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of legal secretarial or paralegal experience. Relevant qualifications are advantageous.
Position Details:
· Location: Our secure offices in Irene (Centurion)
· Remote Work: Not available
· Work Hours:9am to 4pm
· Start Date: Immediate, though we will wait for the right candidate
· Compensation: Market-related, based on seniority, experience, and skills
Competencies and skills required:
· Manage administrative tasks with precision and efficiency
· Quickly learn and take ownership of job responsibilities
· Communicate clearly and effectively in English with clients, attorneys, and government officials, both verbally and in writing
· Work independently and under pressure, using initiative to solve problems
· Prioritize tasks effectively
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Type accurately and efficiently, both copy and dicta-phone typing
· Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
· Ability to work without supervision and manage multiple tasks
