Description
an indoor vegetable farm and pack house based in Hillcrest, KZN is looking for a Supervisor to run a picking and cleaning team.
The candidate must reside in the greater Hillcrest area.
the candidate must be fluent in English and Zulu. must have at minimum at grade 12 pass and literate in reading and writing English.
the main job will be to supervise and coordinate the picking teams and plan, the job requires astute attention to detail, cleanliness, hygeine and the completion of daily checklist, stocksheets etc the supervisor will report directly to the Executive - Growing and be required to follow instructions precisely.
