FREE TRAINING COURSE FOR INTERN ESTATE AGENTS

I am offering practical training for candidates wanting to become qualified Property Practitioners (NQF4). The training will consist of 2 modules and if you are competent you will be issued with an FFC after which there will be an additional 4 Modules. You will write the PPRA exam once completed and I have assessed you.

My training is free and you may study and earn commission at the same time. This training is in line with transformation within the industry and you will become part of the Homes4U team. I am a Master Property Practitioner and I am the Director/Principal of Homes4U. I have been in the industry since 1996 so have a wealth of knowledge to share with you to ensure that you are a successful Property Practitioner. Candidates will not receive a salary as Real Estate is entirely commission based. You will be taught to list properties immediately and you may choose any area to list and sell properties. Please note that I am only accepting 10 candidates and I will interview applicants as the future agent must have the tenacity, perseverance and a passion for the the property industry in order to be successful. I will expect a commitment to this training and career choice.

You are required to have a minimum of a matric and a tertiary education and/or work experience will be beneficial. Any age group is welcome to apply providing that you are able to commit to a full-time job. Real Estate is NOT a part-time job.
